I qualified from the University of Manchester (UK) in 2000. After working for some time in my home town of Beverley in East Yorkshire, I came back across the Pennines to Rossendale in 2003.
I have a special interest in dental implantology, and I have been providing implants in the practice since 2014 after gaining my postgraduate qualification in implantology under the guidance of Professor Cemal Ucer
I continue to attend postgraduate courses to enhance my skills and keep up to date with this rapidly progressing field.
My other area of special interest is restorative dentistry, and I have attained a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a Master’s degree in Restorative Dentistry . I particularly enjoy taking on complex and challenging cases and treating tooth wear.
I live in the Rossendale valley. When not at work I enjoy country walks, recreational running and supporting Newcastle United.
